He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucene Cook and Echo Rose Cook; his siblings, Phyllis, Rosetta, Donna, Clark, Robert, Ray and Stanley; and his grandson Kyler Hansen.
He is survived by: his close friend Melba Ann; and his children, Randall Cook (Dawna), Teresa Hansen (Hal), Lynnette Potter (Grant), Keven Cook (Brenda), Gary Cook (Marilyn) and Jordon Cook (Katia). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
