He is survived by: his wife Linda Anderson; his children, Jen Lin Russell, Tai Ming Russell and Sann Chey Russell; his siblings, Patty Ball (Jerry) and Jim Van Horn; his stepchild Valene Burnett Jeremy (Lynn); and his granddaughter Eva Williams. He is also survived by Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren.
