He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Waugh McNeel; and his grandparents, Nada Jean Taggart Heap and Forrest Joel Heap. He is survived by: his mother Penny Heap McNeel; his sister Penny Heap Lowe (Allen); and his children, Jana Bryant (Bill), Audra Shumway (Todd) and Amy Chord (Rodney). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
