He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leo Rallison and May Lucile Peterson; and his wife Beth. He is survived by: his children, Scott (Cathy), Mark (Paige), Todd (Dawn) and Lisa Vanatta (Lonny); and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Wilson, Ruth Rallison and Anthony LaPray (Tony). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
