She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Price and Mildred Eliza Thomas Clayton; her husband Dale William Pratt of Ely, Nevada.; and her sister Mildred Tess. She is survived by: her son John (Marianne) of Smithfield, Utah; her sister Gaylen Shelley Hatch of Vernal, Utah; and her grandchildren, Suzanne, Dale, John (Sarah), Rebekah and Thomas. She is also survived by great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
