He is survived by: his mother Karen Bouwhuis (Kent); his significant other Kristin Lamb; his siblings, Tiffany Hill (Steve), Holli Anderson (Douglas Cash), Laurie Dewberry (Joel) and David Thayer (Rena); his stepbrother Tyler Cardon; his uncle Steven Bouwhuis (Shirley); and his aunts, Lenore, Phyllis Bouwhuis and Evelyn Tanner. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
