He was predeceased by: his parents, Delca Hymas and Ernest Hymas; his siblings, Richard Hymas (Dick) and Marlene Hymas Jensen; and his brother-in-law Eldon Jensen (Stu).
He is survived by: his wife Beth Gertsch Hymas; his children, Cyndee Merrill (Brad), Sandy, Tricia Stauffer (Brian), Kristen Clayton (Scott) and Scott Hymas (Janie); his brothers, Gary Hymas (Hope) of North Logan and Ron Hymas (Marsha) of Hyde Park; and also Marge Hymas of Logan, Utah.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
