She was predeceased by: her parents, Quata Morris and John Whitt; her sister Linda; and her grandson Christoph Oppermann. She is survived by: her children, David Karren (Shauna), Laura Walton (David), Jason Karren (Shannon), Rachel Murray (Jason), Emily Cox (Doug) and Maggie Buccambuso (Scott); and her grandchildren, Sue Palmer, Angella Campbell, Pam McDaniel and Erin Hyde. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests donations to the English Language Center of Cache Valley or the Cache Refugee and Immigrant Connection (CRIC).
