He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Kemp and Harry Kemp; and his siblings, David D. Kemp and Ann K.. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Martin; his children, Julianne Davenport (Kevin), John Daniel Kemp (Marie), Jennifer K. Erickson (Jonathan), Joseph Harry Kemp and Andrea; and his brother Val (LuAnn). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Foothill LDS Ward Chapel (1450 E 1500 N, Logan, Utah 84341).
