He is survived by: his wife Karen Johnson; his daughter Karina Fain (Dustin); his close friend Karen of Logan, UT; his children, James (Victoria) and Kayleen; his grandsons, Brian Lofthouse, Dylan Barr, Gavin and Corbin Ellis; and his brother Michael Fain (Carol).
