He was predeceased by: his parents, Reed Lamont Fonnesbeck and Myrtle Mae Olsen; his sister Tamara; and his grandson Jaxon. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Lue Johnson; his children, Patrick Evan (Meghan) of Colorado Springs, CO, Angela (Tom Johnson) of Garden City, UT and Jason Lamont (Jill) of Hyrum, UT.; and his siblings, Douglas (Trissa) of Farmington, UT and Joan Preston (Chuck) of Island Park, ID. He is also survived by his wife and three children, 12 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
