He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, LaMont Tingey (Lawana) and Kae Peterson (Glen); his sons, Travis and Brett (Emily); his stepdaughter Samantha Moore (Justin); his grandchildren, Arie, Tate, Finn, Phippin, Asher, Penelope and August; his parents, Reid Tingey and Rosella Tingey; and his wife Jan.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the LDS Church (1650 East 2600 North, North Logan, UT 84341). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Wellington Cemetery (2 Cemetery Rd, Wellington, UT 84542). He shared this love of music with all those around him and for a time during the COVID pandemic played and posted music on a YouTube channel.
