She is survived by: her husband Rick Mayer; her daughter Wendy (Terry Smith); her siblings, Steven Gilgen (Marci) of Ogden and Elaine Hagood of Lehi; her grandchild TJ Smith (Madi); her great grandchild Charlotte; her grandchild Shandie (Chris Castillo); her great grandchild Kairi; her grandson Justin Smith (Peyton); and her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Avery and Boston.
