He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Maughan and Betty Maughan; his sister BettyJo Miller Maughan; his son Ralph VonDohln Maughan; and his grandson Chancelor Clark Maughan.
He is survived by: his children, Heidi Konecki (Kenny), Jim Maughan Jr., Seth Maughan, Jennifer (Keatan), Irby and Kirk (Alicia); his grandchild Halle Walsh; and also Chancelor Maughan. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
