He was predeceased by: his father Bob Perry. He is survived by: his mother Maxine Perry; his wife Julie Perry; his children, McKay Perry (Keri), Ashley Smellie (Jace) and Chandler Perry; his siblings, Teresa Bentz (Gary), Joan Ash (Duane), Mark Perry (Wendie) and Karen Schueller (Dan); and his granddaughters, Elizabeth, Margaret, Lydia and Sloane.
