He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Frandsen; his children, Shane Davis, Jacob (Tonya), Dwayne (Amy), Teri Davis (Stephen) and Cassie; his sister Phyllis Smith; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Alex, John and Tracie Mae. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends.
