He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaines Crook and Bettie Crook; and his brothers, Charlie and Josh. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Gina, Jennifer, Ashley and Angelica; and his brothers, David and Joel (Debbie). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
