He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Hyde-Matula and George McGuire; his siblings, Catherine "Katy" Buchman (William), Thomas McGuire (Elizabeth "Betty"), Anna "Anne" Connolly (John), Margaret "Peggy" Fusco (Mark), Marion Cellitti (Mario "Busky") and Theresa "Tessie" DeSimone (John); and his stepson Allen Richard Mandell.
He is survived by: his stepfather Rudolph "Rudy" Matula; his former wife Mary Lagville-Sogluizzo; his stepsons, John and Michael Sogluizzo; his wife Irene McCoy Mandell; and his stepchildren, Marty, JoAnn, Mark and Sandra. He is also survived by his stepchildren, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
