It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Duane Chadwick formerly of Logan, Utah, born in La Grande, Oregon, who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Chadwick and Erma Bean Chadwick; his wife Patricia Ann Daines; and his siblings, Idon Anderson, Cleo Sessions and David Chadwick.

He is survived by: his children, D. George (Lisa) of La Grande, Mary Sharp (Steven) of Logan, Rebecca Taggart (Edward) of North Logan, Margaret Barker (Glen) of Soda Springs, John D. (Kim) of North Logan, Stephen G. (Carmina) of North Logan and Suzanne Bingham (Curt). He is also survived by 40 grandchildren, and 42 great-grandchildren.
