He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Timothy and Annie May Amelia Ellison; his siblings, Lavar, LaNila, Richard, Junior, ViEva, Geneva, Shirlene and Darrel; and his granddaughter Clarrissa Timothy.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Nielson; his siblings, Dora Hunter, Lionel Timothy, Edwin Timothy and Sherroyol Timothy; his children, Debbie Jo Timothy, Christine Sue Soule (John) and Darrin Leroy Timothy (Sarah); and the mother of his children Linda Nielson Timothy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of their choice.
