It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Gandy Pugmire-Roice of Logan, Utah, who passed away on March 4, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Deborah Gandy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Klienman M. Gandy and Agnes Walters. She is survived by: her sisters, Cynthia, Rebecca, Marsha and Robyn; her husband Kenneth G. Roice; and her children, Stephanie Cannon (Curt) of Victor, Idaho, Collette James (Jimmy) of Anchorage, Alaska and David Pugmire (Cynthia) of Clarkston, Utah.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 3 granddaughters-in-law.
