He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lucy Peterson; his parents, Mary McConnell and Theodore Quincy Watkins; his children, Sean, Jeff (Judy) and Chris Watkins (Trish); his stepchildren, Kate Randall and Carter Randall (Melissa); and his siblings, Ted (Sue), Lee (Dawn), Sarah and Becky Watkins (Tom Zuchowski). He was also cherished by ten grandchildren.
