She was predeceased by: her beautiful baby boy Paul Thomas Stevens. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth T. Stevens; and her daughters, Heidi Morris (Donald), Natalie Harper (Bryan) and Melissa Harbison (Joshua). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.

Rather than flowers, the family kindly requests donations to The American Kidney Fund in Cindy's memory.
