He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Fuller; his children, Kalei Rose Haller of Logan, UT., Charcie Anne Rebalkin (R. Dion) of Hyrum, UT. and Shane Kimball Fuller (Melissa); his grandchildren, Tanner, Mason (Shasta Rebalkin) and Savannah (Logan Hobbs); his great grandchildren, Haven, Enoch Rebalkin, Liam and Avalon Hobbs; his sister Sharon Anderson of Paso Robles, CA.; his uncle Gene; his aunt Dixie; and his cousin Ron Sears.
In 2018 Chuck and Kathy moved to Logan, UT. because of his advancing Alzheimer's Disease.
