She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne and Dorothy Garrett; and her granddaughter McKenzee Bird (Jerry Chapman). She is survived by: her son Jay Herstad; her brother Craig; and her nephew Jeff. She is also survived by 2 granddaughters, and 4 great grandchildren.
