It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Fay Larsen (Logan, Utah), who passed away on September 28, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Larsen and Lenore Burns Larsen; her siblings, Margaret, Merle and Ray; and her nephews, Werner Nielson and David Joy.

She is survived by: her niece Lorie; her sister S. Joan Nielson; and also Ron.
