She was predeceased by: her husband Stuart William Lewis; her daughter KaraLee Lewis; and her parents, Reed Leroy Makin and Glenda May Austin. She is survived by: her children, MayLynn Lewis, James Andrew Lewis (Nicole) and Abigail Lewis; her grandchildren, Declan James Lewis and Parlee May Lewis; and her siblings, Mark Glen Makin, Reed Paul Makin, Brent Austin Makin (Jill) and Jamie Makin Pace (Bill).
