With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tony Jacobs (Lindon, Utah), who passed away on July 29, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adriana Johanna of Laat and Cornelis Adrianus Jacobs; his wife Mary Janice Castagno Jacobs; his brothers, Pete (Mickey), John (Estelle), Rinus (Alice) and Casey (Patricia); and his son-in-law Bart Reed.
He is survived by: his children, Madeline Jacobs Reed (Bart) and Jeffery Leo Jacobs. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren.
