He is survived by: his mother Doris Carter; and his siblings, Brian Carter (JaNae), David Carter (Karen), Jeff Carter (Ana), Peggy Rhoades (Boyd), Keith Carter, Judy Orton (Shaun) and James Carter (Ronelle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
