He was predeceased by: his parents, James Delton Batty and Susanna Parcell; and his son Bryce Batty (Dusten Nielson). He is survived by: his sister Kathryn; his brother-in-law Grant; his wife Nyleen Batty; his children, Lynn Batty (Elizabeth Batty), Debra Hall, Phil Batty (Elizabeth Batty), Julee Sharik (David Sharik), Amy Bush (Brad Bush), Janene Paas (Bryon Paas) and Holly Ellis (Josh Ellis); and his grandson Brock.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Lindon 19th Ward Chapel (731 E Center St, Lindon, UT 84042). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Wallsburg City Cemetery (180 N 100 E Wallsburg, Utah 84082).
