It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn LaVeve Phillips Hurst of Lindon, Utah, born in Rupert, Idaho, who passed away on August 3, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Clarence Hartsell; her children, Kim (Candi), Ray (Lorie), Kent (Darla), Carey Perkins (Darin), Drew (Allison), Karlene Altom (Lindsey), Vernal (Sara) and Gretchen Newton (Darby); and her siblings, Clarence Hartzell Phillips, Jr. and Ida Phillips Wilkinson. She was also cherished by 36 grandchildren; and 42 great-grandchildren.
