She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Mills and Rhoda Lucinda Taggart Mills; her spouse Charles McKell Bird; and her siblings, Seaman, Charlie, Athlene, Helen and Jane.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen (Provo), Cherilyn Southwick (late Steve), Michael (Tremonton), Kevin (Syracuse), Russell (Orem), Jonathan (Riverton), Randall (North Ogden) and Kenneth (Heidi); and her sisters, Diane, LaNae and Sharon.
Interment, Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the Missionary Fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
