She is survived by: her children, Brian Carter (JaNae), David Carter (Karen), Jeff Carter (Ana), Peggy Rhoades (Boyd), Keith Carter, Judy Orton (Shaun) and James Carter (Ronelle); and her family Valley of Utah. She is also survived by her 32 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren and 4 sisters.
