She is survived by: her parent Cheryl Hales; her granddaughter Nova (Forrest); her children, Alexis Evans (Josh Jones) of Draper, Savannah Wright of Lindon and Justin Wright of Lindon; her grandson Forrest; and her siblings, Tyler Evans (Lacey), Amber Martinson (Brian) and Kurtis Bethers.
