She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dale Comstock and Margaret Gaye Teeples; and her son Joseph Brian Provolt. She is survived by: her husband Richard Dale Provolt; her sons, Gary Richard Provolt (Nancy) of Draper, David Ray Provolt (Nancy) of Colorado Springs and Scott Provolt (Lorenia) of American Fork; and her siblings, Gary R. Comstock (Mary) of Stansbury Park, Gloria Gowans (Fred Gowans) of Orem and Merie Peterson of Portland. She is also survived by five grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
