He is survived by: his parents, Miles Batty and Nyleen Peay Batty; his wife Dusten Marie Batty; his children, Breanna Batty and Elijah Batty; his siblings, Lynn Batty (Elizabeth), Debbie Hall, Phil Batty (Elizabeth), Julee Sharik (David), Amy Bush (Brad), Janene Paas (Bryon) and Holly Ellis (Joshua); and also, Tallon Morrey and Shayne Morrey. He is also survived by married the mother of his two beautiful children.
