We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2025, at the age of 76, LaRae Halverson Gibbons (Lewiston, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Halverson and Cleone Halverson; her significant other Joseph Wynn Gibbons; her sister Marva Bell (Wynn); and her son Brooks Gibbons.
She is survived by: her children, Maquel Hawkes (Troy) of St. George Utah, Brett Gibbons (Katie) of Lewiston Utah and Josie Murdock (Corey) of Lewiston Utah; her siblings, Brent Halverson (Heather) and Gaylene Traveler (Seth); her grandchildren, McCoy Henrie (Blaken), Taylor Hicks (David), Ryatt Hawkes, Bayley Hatch (Andrew), Brinkley Smith (Cole), Delaney Gibbons, Zack Gibbons, Parker Murdock (McKenna), Tucker Murdock and Skyler Murdock; and her great grandchildren, Brooxlie Henrie and Millie Hatch.
Viewing was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lewiston 2nd Ward Chapel (10 S 1600 W, Lewiston, UT 84320). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
