He was predeceased by: his daughter Jamie Jorgensen. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Jorgensen and Gay Lynn Jorgensen. He is also survived by his parents, children, siblings, and four grandchildren.

It was Jerry's request that in place of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
