He is survived by: his grandfather Frank; his wife Ronda; his sons, Travis Ballow (Heather) of Levan and Tyrell Ballow (Amamda) of Levan; his parents, Ted Ballow of Levan and Mala Ballow of Levan; his sister Marci Ingram (Troy) of Riverton, UT; and also, Sandra Worthington of Nephi, Grant Worthington of Nephi and Elena Worthington of Nephi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law.
