He was predeceased by: his parents, Abe H. Church and Georgette Vial Church; and his brother Keith Church. He is survived by: his former spouses, LaVern Ambrose and Sharon Hall; his children, Vernon Church (Candy) of Levan, UT, Kevin Church (Jeannette), Shawn Church (Debby) and Keith Church; and his sister Lola Stubbs (Ron). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
