He is survived by: his significant other Jill Keuhnl; his sons, Jason (Amberlee), Travis (Jennifer) and Riley (Jennie); his siblings, Carla Kendall (Jerry), Linda Smith (Gary) and Mitchell Worwood; and his sister-in-law Karen Worwood. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, his 5 great grandchildren.
