She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Verne Taylor and Frona Winifred Peterson; her siblings, Beth Tucker, Ronald Taylor and Gene Taylor; and her former husband Walt.
She is survived by: her husband Cal; her children, Kristie Pearson (Troy) of Saratoga Springs, Utah, Kevin Weight (Shelley) of Chandler, Arizona and Kreg Weight (Melissa) of Ogden, Utah; her stepchildren, Jeanine Howell (Joe) of West Jordan, Utah and Darren Marchant (Judy) of Layton, Utah; and her grandchildren, Gracie, Livvi, Adam, Allison, Emily, Matthew, Klaire, Kooper and Jade. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
After Twin Peaks, she moved to Hunter Elementary, followed by Eastwood Elementary, where she received the Granite Education Foundation's Excel Award for outstanding administrator in 2001.
