He was predeceased by: his parents, John Luther Milligan and Mildred Maxine Gardner Milligan; his sister Colleen Wooten; his nephews, Michael Milligan, Tim Milligan and Marcus Milligan (Tara); his great-nephews, Finn Milligan and Conor Milligan; his niece Leanne Milligan; and his great-nieces, Teresa Milligan and Nora Milligan.
He is survived by: his son Parker Andres Milligan; his wife Elma Hernandez Milligan; and his siblings, Michael, Patrick, David, Kevin and Maureen Pierce.
Viewing will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1998 900 N, Lehi, UT 84043). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
