He is survived by: his wife Pamela Koch (Wilhelm); his children, Troy Koch (Molly), Heath Koch (Amy Morrey), Tyler Koch and Tiffany Koch Gwilliam; and his siblings, Gail Koch, David Koch (Tina), Roger Koch (Anita) and Sherrie Hansen (Boyd). He is also survived by his family and friends.
