He is survived by: his father Tony Thomas of Salem; his significant other Stevie Johnson; his stepson Taisyn; his daughters, Ellasyn and Emersyn; his brother Jeremy Thomas (Karlie) of Oak City; and his grandmother June Harmer of Payson, Utah.. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
