He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Webster Shurtz; his daughter Cadence; his mother Virginia Chapman Shurtz; his grandmother Ann Chapman; his father Mark Shurtz; his stepmother Keely Shurtz; his siblings, Tasha Dickinson, Celeste Pianezzola and Joshua Shurtz; his aunt Rebekah; and his cousin Justin Nuckolls. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; and many other loving family members and friends.
