He was predeceased by: his parents, Matilda Jane Keenan and Louis Rotar, Sr.; and his siblings, Betty Vargas and James Walsh. He is survived by: his wife Judy Rotar; his children, Michael Rotar, Tina Rivera and Michelle McManus; his siblings, Mary Lou Baldwin and Richard Rotar; and his brother-in-law Manuel "Gus" Vargas. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
