He was predeceased by: his parents, Heber Lovell and Sylvia Ann Hansen Nielsen; and his wife Connie Jeanne Kirkham Nielsen. He is survived by: his siblings, Elna Nielsen May, Grant Nielsen and Nina Nielsen Schumann; his children, Emily (Kent Oyler), Bruce (Sonja Olsen), Sandy (David Dixon), Julie (Bruce Rafiner) and Bill; and his grandchildren, Megan, Alexis, Landon, Celeste, Alexandria, Heather, Benjamin, Brandon, Brittany, Eden and Michael. He is also survived by 17 loving great-grandchildren.
