He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Dee and Donna Josephson; his son Gary Earl Josephson; his brother Kevin Josephson; his stepfather Virgil Richins; and his children, Cheryl Rose (Monte), Mark (DeeDee) and Brent.
He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Blake (Jeremy), Kelly (Kira), Mitch (Kendall), Marie (Pete Stott), Danielle (Jared Wenn), Chad (Catie) and Kade (Tiarra); and his sisters, Karla Tucker (late Don), Sharon Hall (Bruce) and Deanna Young (Clyde). He is also survived by grandchildren.
