She was predeceased by: her parents, Reno Lava Ahlstrom and Itha Steele Ahlstrom; and her siblings, Lavar Steele Ahlstrom, Vaughn Lee Ahlstrom, Roberta Ahlstrom, Phyllis Ahlstrom Barainca and Tori Barainca.
She is survived by: her spouse Sydney Gilchrist Young; and her children, John Michael Young (Kimberly Dillon Young), David Lavar Young (Rona Parry Young), Edmund Dow Young (Jana Higham Young), Karl Ahlstrom Young (Tracy White Young), Colleen Young Stilwell and Miriam Young Goodwin.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Wing Mortuary (118 E Main St, Lehi, UT 84043). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
